• We can supply and fit Loft insulation from £7.00 per Sq. Mtr. by 100mm when purchased with LOFTZONE raised flooring.

  Loft insulation is something we offer when flooring, with Loftzone raised flooring, in older properties.

  It can make sense to have additional insulation before the new floor is installed.

  Current building regulations require a minimum of 270 mm of insulation throughout.

  The small additional cost will achieve not only a saving in energy costs but also a marked improvement in the warmth of your rooms.

  The Loft Light requires no electrical wiring and is screwed directly to any timber element in the Loft (roof truss, rafter, purlin or noggin).

  Utilising the latest in LED technology the Loft Light provides the equivalent illumination of a 32 Watt bulb with a battery life of up to 4 years*.

  The Loft Light includes a 2m long pull string with a reflective strip. Batteries  included (3 x D batteries).

• We can provide a made to measure hatch & enlarge your opening.

  In most cases we can just alter your old wooden hatch to hinge down, this requires no alteration to the hatch size or appearance.

  In some cases you may wish to enlarge your opening and the slide show on the right shows a made to measure hatch ready to pop into an enlarged opening.

  Price is usually about £120  (When fitted with a ladder) and includes enlarging your existing opening. Options can be discussed at the Free no obligation survey.

  Hatches can be made up to 90cms long & 80cms wide they incorporate concealed hinges which screw into the side of the hatch door, this makes them much stronger than butt hinges which screw into the edge of the door.

  The doors are routered with a smooth rounded edge and draught proofed. The architrave is pine and can be painted or stained by you.

• Do you need to declutter your garage, we can also board your garage loft.
  You usually don't have any insulation in your garage area so there is no need to use Loftzone raised boarding

  Boarding to your garage loft is done on timber laid at right angles to your existing trusses, this allows us to avoid any wiring laid over your trusses and to lay out the boards safely and to a specific design/area.

  You can have a full board, part boarding to one side or one end, basically any area to suit your needs, at the free no obligation survey we can discuss your requirements/options.
